

A
graduate of Université Laval in civil engineering,
Caroline Verreault has specialized in consumer taxation and
how taxation affects particular industries such as mining,
manufacturing, pulp and paper, and technology. She has a strong
background in federal and provincial tax laws.


After
spending 10 years with Canada Customs and Revenue Agency,
Michel Poulin founded Fiscalité Canada in 1975. He
specializes in the extremely diverse rules and regulations
governing consumer tax laws.

Former
Batonier of the Québec Bar Association and Chairman
of the National Transportation Review Commission. Mr. Rivard
served as CEO and President of the National Transportation
Agency of Canada from 1993 to 1996. He presently serves on
the executive committee of Ducks Unlimited of Canada and is
President of HydroPontiac, Inc.
